No one grows alone. CRECER is structured around four fundamental steps designed to ensure you build a strong faith and find your place on the Dream Team at Today’s Church. Each class is designed to give you clarity, practical tools, and a deep connection with your new spiritual family.

1. Get to know Today's Church (Your Home, Your Faith, Your New Family)

At this first stop, we are opening the doors of our home to you. You will get to know the inspiring story of Today's Church, our vision, mission, and values (our DNA). You will understand what we believe and why, and discover how our church is structured. The result is immediate: you will feel like you belong to a real spiritual family, with a culture of passion, authenticity, and joy for life.

2. Spiritual Habits and Disciplines (Building a Strong Faith)

Strong faith is built every day. This class provides you with the practical tools to consistently and profoundly strengthen your personal relationship with Jesus. You will learn how to hear the voice of God, pray with purpose, read the Bible effectively, and establish an unshakeable devotional life. These habits are not just disciplines—they are transformative for your daily life.

3. Our DNA and What We Believe (What Defines Us)

Dive into the essence that defines us. We will explore the biblical foundations and the statement of faith that uphold Today's Church. We will review our cultural DNA (humility, relevance, grace, and boldness) so that you can understand the spiritual identity that drives us. By the end, you will fully identify with the vision and practice of our faith.

Your Purpose and the Dream Team (Created to Make a Difference)

Through spiritual gifts and personality tests, you will discover how God designed you and what your unique calling is. We will introduce you to the service areas (Worship, Media, Kids, NextGen, etc.) and guide you with mentorship so you can integrate into the Dream Team with clarity and confidence.
