The Volunteer Family
The Dream Team is the heart, hands, and feet of our mission. We are a family of purpose-driven volunteers whose abilities make every church service, event, and program possible. Ordinary people, equipped with an extraordinary faith, unite to build a place that truly transforms lives. When you serve, you don’t just help others encounter Jesus; you also build friendships that become a true spiritual family. You will never walk alone on this journey; here we serve in community and support each other to grow.

Participates in the music and spiritual guidance of the service.

Camera, sound, lighting, and live stream control.
Conectors (Staff)
Welcome, hospitality, guidance, and general assistance to attendees.
Community / Ministries:
Support for Women, Alphas, and the Next Generation (KidZone, The Room, Up Room).
Servolution
Community Service and Social Outreach.
Café / Coffee Station:
Provide a welcoming atmosphere and hospitality to attendees.
Store — Merch & Resources:
Manages the church’s experience, resources, and artifacts.

Willing Heart and GROW Process
We don't ask for perfection; we only ask for the commitment of willingness. To ensure you find your ideal place and serve with maximum impact, we establish two requirements:
- A Willing Heart: Attitude is the engine of all service.
- Having Completed GROW: Our 4 spiritual and identity base formation classes are fundamental. The GROW Process is specifically designed to help you identify your gifts and the ideal area to serve.
