History

More than ten years ago, when most saw a city full of churches, Jay and Paola Arisso saw something different. Elizabeth didn’t need “another church.” She needed a different kind of church.

2007

God planted a deep vision in their hearts: to establish a place where people wouldn’t just attend… but where they could heal, grow, belong, and dream again. A place where the past didn’t matter, but the purpose that God still had ahead did. With nothing more than faith, passion, and two close friends believing alongside them, they began to meet in their home. There were no microphones, lights, or crowds… but there was the presence of God, families finding hope, and tears turned into faith. That’s where this story began. For seven years, the room of a house, a dining room, a garage, and even backyards became the church. Each gathering was a brave declaration: “God is not done with our city.”

2014

In 2014, the day they had been waiting for finally arrived. The first official service was held at Elizabeth High School. It wasn’t the end of the process… it was the beginning of everything. Since then, we have seen God open doors that we could never have opened by our own strength, guiding us step by step and surprising us time and time again. What started as a meeting in a home is now a church that many call family. A community that continues to believe the same thing that Jay and Paola believed from the beginning:

And even though the years have passed, the vision remains intact: to be a church where each person can encounter Jesus, discover their purpose, and build a life that glorifies His name.
